Noti-Loco is a location-based reminder app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data Noti-Loco accesses, how it's used, and your rights.
Short answer: None. Noti-Loco does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.
Noti-Loco requests access to your device's location to:
Your location data is processed entirely on your device. It is never sent to our servers or any third party. We do not track your location history.
All your geofence data (names, locations, messages, settings) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. No data is uploaded to the cloud, synced across devices, or backed up to our servers.
Noti-Loco sends local notifications triggered by geofence events. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No push notification server is involved.
Noti-Loco uses Apple's MapKit / Google Maps to display the map. Map tile requests are made directly between your device and the map provider. We have no access to these requests.
Noti-Loco contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, and no telemetry. We do not use any third-party analytics services.
Noti-Loco does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, this is inherently satisfied.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
